No answer: Study discipline would be the best way, but that's not an easy thing to do. If there were an easy and safe way to study and remember things, everyone would be doing it.

Some thoughts: Glad ur working on this. Some ideas: eliminate distractions: don't study w/ music, tv on. Don't check ur email, browse web on computer while studying (actually turn it off unless u need it to study). If it's not quite at home, try the library. Don't try to study for long periods w/o taking a short break (a quick walk for ex). Reg exercise & healthy eating can also help. Good luck!
