Blood prssure: If you're not taking your blood pressure medication you are not doing yourself any favors, talk to your doctor and get back on treatment if doc suggests.

Expensive: Exforge (amlodipine and valsartan) is a wonderful medicine but very expensive. Your blood pressure is too high and should be better controlled. Ask your doctor about using lisinipril-hct 20/25 mg - once daily. Instead of $100 /month, it will cost you $4 / month. It will probably be equally effective as the dose of Exforge (amlodipine and valsartan) you were supposed to take.
