No answer: Study discipline would be the best way, but that's not an easy thing to do. If there were an easy and safe way to study and remember things, everyone would be doing it.

"exercise" it: I'd suggest spending more time using your brain in ways that develop it, and less time on things that may not. For ex do more reading, studying, learning new things, playing intellectual games (ex chess, sudoku), and less video games, tv watching. Also important eat healthy things (veggies and fish are good places to start) and exercise your body regularly. Glad ur thinking about this-good luck!

7+/or-2 & Processing: Generally, the human brain is capable of working w/ 5 to 9 bits of info at a time. To hold on 2 more than that, u need to chunk bits of info 2gether then remember the chunks. As far as storing info, the more u actively u organize info & the more u tie it 2 info webs already stored in ur brain, the more likely u'll be able 2 retain it & retrieve it when needed. Keep track of what u know/don't know.
