Viral URI: Is a probable cause for these symptoms. You should begin to get better in 3-4 days. Stay well hydrated, treat your symptoms with otc medications and if your are not getting better go and see your pcp. Hope you are better soon.

Allergy?: You might have allergies, quite possible to tobacco products and even environmental allergies. Talk to your doctor about a referral to an allergist for testing. Then discuss with doctor about diarrhea and back pain.
