What does it mean if you have a sore dry throat, congested nose and bumps on the back of your tongue?

Could be: Many things. Best guess without seeing you would be a viral infection like cold or flu. Do you have a low grade fever? Please see your md if rest an time (7-10 days) do not 'cure' the problem.

Cold virus: It you feel, sick and have a fever you may have a virus or cold. There are a number of other things that can cause this. See a doctor if you are concerned or do not feel better soon.
