Sinusitis: Neuralgia and shingles come to mind. Have you had a recent cold or viral infection? If it involves your eyes, it can be serious. If it is shingles, medication is effective only if taken early in its course. Difficult to say without more details, but you should see a doctor for more accurate diagnosis.
