Gentle presses : Machine or light dumbbell chest presses, with light weight and high reps. Avoid allowing the elbows to cross behind the chest, as this puts more stress on the shoulder joint and rotator cuff. Short arc flyes with the same precautions in mind are also acceptable.

Avoid external rotat: If you avoid abduction and external rotation (the cocked position of a thrower and focus on internal rotation you should be fine.
