Depends: There are multiple shoulder stabilization procedures and each rehab varies. You may be able to do some components of yoga that do not involve the shoulder immediately, but on average you will have to careful with that shoulder for 6-8 weeks. Would definitely want to check with your surgeon. Thank you for your question.
