Stress or refraction: The headaches could be from stress. They may also be from a condition called aesthenopia. This occurs when people do not have the correct refraction to read. You could be have a moderate refractive error (myopia or "nearsightedness", or astigmatism) and the slight distortion can trigger headaches. Go to your eye md and get checked out.

Anything: Headaches can come from fatigue, sleeping too much or too little, sleep apnea, snoring, being dehydrated, having chronic sinusitis or allergies, too much caffeine or over the counter headache medication, high blood pressure or something more serious like a tumor. See your doctor and get checked.
