Floaters?: It's possible you are seeing floaters in your visual field, particularly if they're seen in daylight while looking at a bland backdrop, like a sky or white wall. The floaters should not block or affect visual acuity.Or if your linear squiggly lines have a building, perhaps curvilinear pattern that shimmers or has a sawtooth or klaidescopic appearance disturbing vision with/without pain: ?Migraine.

Vitreous shadows: Wiggly lines (also called 'floaters') are the perception of shadows cast on the retina as the light hits less transparent areas in the vitreous substance (jelly) inside the eye. This might be vitreous debris from infection, inflammation or haemorrhage, but is typically due to the age-related degeneration of the vitreous (i.e. normal age-related change). You should have an eye exam to confirm this.
