Treatment: The question got cut off but you are currently hyperthyroid and need to see your physician to get this treated. Hyperthyroidism can cause itchiness and rash.

Hives: Obviously your thyroid is not under control and before you even consider trying to treat the hives, it is imperative that you get your thyroid under control...And fast.
