Tremors: Although parkinson's disease can start at a young age, this is very uncommon. The "shakes" in parkinson's disease occur mostly at rest with a slow pill rolling finger movements. A fast low amplitude shake when hands are in use favors a different type of tremor. Your blood pressure and sleep disorder may not be related. Check with your doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment. Get well soon.

Doubtful: Hi none of your symptoms suggest parkinsons which is a very rare disease in your age group. That said, you can't diagnose yourself - see your family doc.

Complex: You do not describe parkinson's disease, but do need to have a general evaluation and check thyroid status. You may require some sleep study evaluations. Your shaking hands may be a familial situation, so check out close relatives. In summary, you should get advice from your family physician and follow the directions.

See a neurologist: It'd be very unusual for you to have pd based on your age and symptoms. A neurologist could tell you for sure.
