Not an early sign: But I expect you'll still be watching yourself anxiously. That is not a common early sign, ask your Dr for info on those and to watch for them so you can relax. Unlikely Parkinson's: If it has been one full year, and all that is occurring is a thumb twitch, does not sound like you have Parkinson's at this point. If you develop a resting tremor of your arm and hand, and start having issues with walking, then, seek out help.
