ENT or PCP: Have someone look in ears and nose. If no nasal inflammation may need audiogram. If inflammation treat with decongestant.

You need to see ENT: You do have hearing problem and you say it is not wax.You should see your doctor or an ENT specialist, you need hearing tast and proper treatment or hearing aid, it may be age related hearing loss.
