Another surgeon: If you've had 3 tfcc repairs in the last six years, this is becoming an exercise of futility. I'd recommend seeing another hand surgeon for a second opinion maybe, because a second set of eyes is helpful with picking up subtleties on x-rays as to why you are developing these tears.

Not sure: You may need reconstruction of the tfc and should be done by a cert. Hand surgeon only.
