Can you give me suggestions with post op wrist tfcc surgery, what to expect.?

Variable: Depends upon location of the tear is it a central tear only requiring debridement or a peripheral tear which is treated with repair. Is the procedure being done arthroscopicaly or is an open repair. Are there any other associated injuries? These factors all effect the type of immobilization post op, the type of therapy required, pain level, and time until mobilization of the wrist.
