Evaluation: There are some important structures in this area including large blood vessels supplying the entire upper extremity as well as the brachial plexus (large nerve complex) that supplies all the innervation to the upper extremity. I would have this evaluated by a physician. It's hard to know if it's muscular, vascular or neurological without an exam.
