What could be causing mild pain right under my left collarbone (far left area near shoulder/armpit) only when i breathe in? no other symptoms, i have bad posture, and sleeping on my left side on a wedge pillow, and lean to my left when sitting?

Obtain a referral to an orthopedic surgeon for x-rays and evaluation. If you are left handed, and/or participated in athletics, the ball and socket joint in your left shoulder can have degenerative changes, with may require surgical treatment.
