A member asked:

I was taking a calcium-magnesium and still take 5, 000iu d3 from whole foods and was fine until i stopped taking cal-mag and now i have 80-100+ bpm ?

Not related.: Ca and mg intake are not affecting your hr. Your dose of vit d is way too high an you are placing yourself at risk for kidney stones. In general 22 year old males are not at risk for osteoporosis and do not need supplementation with vit d at all.
