Confused by units: I am confused by your units.10 pg=.00001 mcg of vit d=.0004 iu which is an incredibly tiny amount, given that the recommended daily intake is 600 iu/day and most adults need 5000-8000 iu/day in fall and winter to achieve adequate levels.Toxicity has not been reported with intakes of 10, 000 iu/day or less.
