Xray still shows pneumonia scar from one year ago?

It's okah: That's fine as long as you feel better.

Not abnormal: Some pneumonias do not entirely leave after therapy without leaing an area of scar or fibrosis, just like some lacerations of the skin. Scars are usually linear. Active processes in the lungs usually occupy larger volumes of lung space. I would not continue to get xrays to see if scar disappears. It most likely will not.
