Kidney Stones: Urethral stricture after certain types of lithotripsy is a rare complication of the procedure. Calcified renal stones are seen in patients with urinary infections & elevated blood calcium. Both issues can be addressed medically and surgically, but without knowing any more details nor your potential insurance eligibility under medicaid or other plans, it is difficult to advise you further.
