Just started .5mg clonazepam but thy said to cut the pill in half and i take it 3 times a day. i still feel panicky. should i try a full pill?

Talk to your doctor: Your doctors probably want you to work with the medicine gradually -- and would want you to contact them with any questions. This is a good one to ask your prescribing physicians, who know you & your history much better than we on healthtap do.

Can't say here: So yes, it's likely that increasing your dose would increase its effect, but it's not really the role of doctors here to dictate your treatment or 'practice medicine'. There are too many variables we don't know about your history, your other problems or your reaction to previous medications. Sorry you're still feeling panicky. I'll bet your doctor will advise on the phone if you call.
