You can: Did you know that zoloft (sertraline) is 50% better absorbed if taken with food? I always prescribe zoloft (sertraline) in the mornings as for many it can contribute to insomnia if taken at bedtime. If you were my patient, i would try and wean you off of the klonopin, as it can be addictive. I would also try and learn other ways to deal with your panic attacks. Check out the book, stop obsessing by edna foa.

Zoloft (sertraline): Follow your prescribing md 's instructions and also inquire about behavior therapy if not already seeing a therapist. That will help you eventually come off of the klonopin (clonazepam).
