So im clonazepam dependancy i currently take 0.2mg 9 times a day 3pills in the morning, 2 at lunch, 2 at 4, 2 at 8 before bed but today i took and extra 3 cause i felt panicky and i havent taken my 8pm dose due to not know if itll make thing worse?

Definitely time to seek medical attention as you will need guidance in the process of weaning. Start with your primary care doc or psychiatrist if having one, ideally the office that is prescribing your Clonazepam, if prescribed.
