While there may not be significant consequences from a one time use, the combination alcohol benzos is high risk in the long run, both substances are addictive and mood altering.

To best answer the question, we’d need to know exactly how much alcohol you had (a little can mean different things to different people) and your weight. To give you a sense, even after 7 hours, the answer may differ between a 100-pound person who has had a whole bottle of beer or 1 shot of vodka as compared to someone who is 240 pounds.
