How lucky you are!: As long as your son is alert, active & feeding well when awake, you may want to try stretching it to every 4 hours during the day, if bottle-fed. He may actually give you a 6-7 hour stretch at night if you put him on his back in his own crib, drowsy but awake, around 11 every night. He should gain 2/3rds oz. -1oz./day . Maybe do 2-3 weekly weight checks at his pediatrician's office.
