Difficult to say...: The tone of your question suggests that you are concerned for your baby son, so this must be atypical behavior for him. Has he made any wet diapers recently? Are his stools normal? Is he tugging at his ears? Is there a fever? If all these answers are normal, then it seems safe to wait and see your pediatrician tomorrow. Your son needs an examination to determine what is wrong. Best wishes for him.

Sleeping longer: A 3mo begins to develop more mature sleep patterns & can often put themselves back to sleep after a 3-4 hour sleep segment if they are still tired. Many can go 6-8 hours without eating at this age if you let them. They will eat more frequently during the day to meet their needs, if you are concerned this is a change i would call the office today & discuss this with the nurse.
