Wash it : With soap and water, if you have antibiotic ointment, apply and place a bandaid on it. If it is not deep do not worry. If you cut it with metal or something of the sort you need to check your tetanus history.

Keep wound clean: As long as the cut is not deep or continues to bleed, just keep the are clean by cleaning it with hydrogen peroxide and apply a topical antibiotic like neosporin or triple antibiotic. As your foot moves it may reopen the scab but it should heal eventually.
