Uti/pneumonia/absces: There's really no way to help you without more info. There are many possibilities. He could have a lung abscess or pus around the lungs (empyema) due to the pneumonia. He could have a UTI from a catheter. He could have an infection at an IV site. After 6 weeks, he could have a bedsore. You need to talk to his docs.
