Getting longer: I the past i think a reasonable answer would be late 20s or mid 30s. However, advances in the treatment of diabetes and our ability to predict and treat of many of the complications of down's syndrome, i would say the life expectancy is now mid 50s or even beyond. However, everybody's situation is different. Therefore, there may be complications of these diseases at any age.
