Can be related: Crohn's disease is an autoimmune disease that just does not affect your GI tract. It has been associated with a sero-negative arthritis similiar in many respects to rheumatoid arthritis. Have your doctor get you a consultation with a rheumatologist to confirm and aid in your complex treatment.

Autoimmune or DJD: You may be having diffuse pain problems related to the crohn's autoimmune condition involving the joints. However, the symptoms may be related to multiple level spinal nerve root irritation due to degenerative joint disease in the spine with muscle spasms.
