See a rheumatologist: If the problem persists for more than a month, it may be an inflammatory or autoimmune process and should then be seen by a rheumatologist. Until then, Ibuprofen and or Naproxen will be helpful to reduce the joint pains - don't forget to take with food and follow directions for the over-the-counter remedies.
