Yes it is!: Your blood pressure is beautiful! your heart rate will get fast during periods of anxiety (normal heart response to anxiety) but should go back to normal heart rate when you are calm.

Anxiety: You are doing fine, your blood pressure is good and unless you meditate away your anxiety or find another way to alleviate it, your heart rate will tend to be fast. Long term unlikely to hurt......

What is a better treatment for anxiety and ocd, Paxil (paroxetine) or nafazodone?

Clomipramine: One of the best medications for OCD is called clomipramine, aka anafranil. It is in the class of medications called tricyclic antidepressants. While is may have more side-effects than paxil, (paroxetine) it may also be more benefits. Also, Paxil (paroxetine) can raise the levels of clomipramine which could potentially affect one's heart, so it is best to be off Paxil (paroxetine) for at least one week before taking the first dose.

None: Blood in an ostomy punch can be many things. Is it a colostomy or ileostomy? Why was the surgery done, history cancer or diverticulitis or colitis? How long ago was the ostomy surgery? Bleeding does indicate need for a doctor evaluation. Can be ostomy appliance irritation, colitis, etc. There is no cancer staging associated with intestinal bleeding.

I got epidydmo orchitis and took antibiotics for almost one month. But pain still there. Blood tests and ultrsound and urinetest are good.?

Still healing?: If the epididymitis was cleared by the antibiotic, the symptoms should have remitted by now. Possibly there is residual cord inflammation leading to persistent pain. You didn't mention if the physical exam was normal or not. Please see your doctor for an actual examination again, or consult a urologist to see what's going on.

Period is 4wks late..Iv had pregnancy symptoms but neg blood&urine. Could it still be pregnancy? Waist increased 1inch since last week.

Unlikely: If all testing negative, i doubt it. You may have simply not ovulated last cycle and that is why you are so late. Are your periods normally regular? Check with your obgyn and good luck.
