Possibilities...: Possible etiologies of coughing blood, called hemoptysis, include bronchitis, sinus problem, etc. But, malignancy must always be ruled out since it can also cause this symptom so you need to see your doctor. If a sinus/nasal problem is diagnosed as the culprit (given your other symptoms), there are very effective prescription meds that can be tried so see your doctor for diagnosis and treatment.
