Since i was young 13 i have been gettin sharp pains in my leg near my shin.. it makes me rest while walking often times near tears... help please?

Shin splints?: It could be shin splints, ( tearing of the outer fibers of the tibia from repetitive impact), or possibly a stress fracture. Ibuprophen, taken as directed, and icing can eleviate some of the pain. A doctor can evaluate, and possibly discuss with you better footwear options or refer you to someone who specializes in that.

Daily my legs hurt near my shin.. Some days are worse then others. It feels like a very hot sharp needle that makes me rest while walking?
I fell two days ago and hit my shin during the fall. I can walk on the leg but it is painful and continuous, even when resting.
Lower leg pain for months in one area of anterior shin about 4-5 cm diameter. Other areas dont hurt. No pain when resting but pain when touching location in leg (tender) or when walking. Leg looks normal. Im sedentary. What could cause that?
