My left knee is always a little swollen and gets worse/painful from walking a lot, but if I rest it after, it gets worse and movement helps! I'm 18 F?
I walk a lot, my right knee gets irritated and aches around the kneecap with a swollen lump on the outside. It improves with rest and ice.
I fell on the stairs and landed on my left knee and foot. Now the side of my foot hurts a lot, if I need to walk on it the pain is like 9/10. It's also very swollen around the lateral malleolus. Does it just need rest or do I need a doctor?
