Nasal blockage: Try a nettie pot first. You are alreadt taking an otc antihistamine with decongestent. Avoid neosynephrine (phenylephrine) or afrin. They can cause rebound swelling, overusage and dependence. If it doesn't clear quickly seek medical treatment because this can lead to permenent problems including balance and loss of hearing.
