Sometimes it feels like i have a needle that's poking my heart. why does it happen and should i be worried?

Probably ok: Spasms of the esophagus, gas in the digestive track and acid reflux can all result in sharp stabbing pains. Most of the time this type of pain is non cardiac in origin. Of it continues you could consider a trial of an antacid drug.
