Needle poke: If just transient going away in seconds can be a extra-beat. Like premature atrial or ventricular contraction. If it's like a chest pain, depend on intensity, duration, quality, type, irradiation, associated symptoms. At 30 doubt heart problems but without more info can't opine. See a physician for a complete history and physical exam.
