Heart pain: Is always possible, however your pain suggests a different origin. Would suggest discussing your pain with your primary care physician. Keep a log of your symptoms, specifically circumstance and pattern through the day as that might help in finding the origin for the pain.

Agree with Dr. P: You symptoms are not suggestive of the pain originating in the heart, even if you perceive it to be over the heart. Do consult your doctor at your convenience. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/. Get HPV vaccine

Chest pains: If these pains are sharp, fleeting, brought on by chest movements and not exertion, they are not characteristic of coronary artery disease nor pericarditis(inflammation of the heart lining) or other heart pathology. Lung origin of such pains is also unlikely. They probably emanate from the chest wall such as pinched intercostal nerve or muscle. Your MD will evaluate and advise you best.
