Yes: Congratulations! cigarettes are worse on the lungs than marijuana. The main negative effect of marijuana is in the brain. Pot smokers literally become less smart in a way that interfere with their social success later in life (neuropsychological tests, iq cohort kind of study). Awesome achievement!
