Many issues in life regarding medical consequences of actions are "individual choices" as to the long term effects. If a physician has advised cessation of smoking THC , a better choice would be to follow that advice and perhaps (where legal) use oral THC products or perhaps occasional OTC medications containing benadryl which can assist with insomnia.

MJ is a psychoactive drug that messes with your brain. Pot users are called stoners for good reason. Quit using weed while you are ahead. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
