Timing: Musculoskeletal pain is always worse at night when there are no sensory distractions. Make sure you don't excercise right before bedtime, and even take a warm shower. Nsaid's should help. Also make sure you do a cool down to remove the Lactic Acid that builds up and stretch! good luck.
