I have had a sonogram done this past month but i have never had pain in my right ovary. but it hurts when i put pressure to pee. i know its not an inf?

Anything: Most people think their whole abdomen is their stomach, but the stomach is in the upper middle or upper left of the abdomen. If your lower abdomen hurts, that could be your skin, muscles, bladder, uterus, or intestines. If the upper part of your abdomen hurts, it could be acid reflux, pancreatitis, or other problems. See a doctor for an assessment.

Unclear exactly : It is unclear exactly what you are wanting to know or are asking. You mention a sonogram and that it was normal. You mention not having any pain in the right but having pressure pain with urination. Uti would be most likely. Since you have endometriosis it could be flare. Interstitial cystitis can cause bladder pain. There are many many causes and and exam would be the next step.
