Lower abdominal pain: Has gastrointestinal causes been addressed? Might consider CT of abdomen/pelvis ,virtual or regular colonoscopy. If you have had prior surgeries adhesions can be a cause. Treatment with Zithromax/ or doxycycline and Flagyl may alleviate the discomfort from that cause and may be diagnostic.
