Does psychiatric medicine withdrawal leave your neurology all messed up until you take three medicine again or something to replace it. will it recove?

Good question: Presumably you were given psychiatric medication for a condition that required treatment. Stopping the medication will expose the underlying condition, exacerbated by the particular withdrawal effects of the medication. The withdrawal effects will eventually go away, but you're still left with the condition that first prompted you to seek treatment. Talk to your doctor.
