No, not at all.: Withdrawal symptoms are unpleasant but do not cause any neurological damage. Since you were taking a fairly low dose of Ativan, your symptoms of withdrawal should settle down without any intervention. Are you feeling better already or not?. Give us some follow up as to how well/unwell you have felt?
