Can severe chronic non-infecctious prostatitis be a result of lumbar nerve issues?

I don't see any : Correlation between the two. Lumbar radiculopathy or pinched nerve in the lumbar spine would cause shooting pain from the lower back down the thighs and legs. The nerve distribution from the lumbar area will not affect or reach the prostate area. Chronic prostatitis is from recurrent bacterial infection or unknown cause

No: Prostatitis is, by definition, inflammation of the prostate. A nerve issue would not lead to inflammation there.
