Not likely: Exposure to a high level of mold may cause a pneumonitis or inflammatory condition of the lungs but this is very uncommon. Mold on your house may trigger allergies but it's unlikely to pneumonia in the truest sense. As far as differing from other mods, you have to ask a mycologist!
